Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings – Axiom Games

Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings is set after the events of the Witcher novels on which the games are based, like The Witcher. This follows immediately from the first match after the attempt on the life of King Foltest. Geralt has to track down a killer Witcher, identified as the Kingslayer.

With many plot lines that can be followed, Witcher 2 is expected to be less linear than the first game. It requires a major enhancement to the graphics and enhanced mechanics of fighting. Geralt will recall several important incidents from his life as events unfold.

For Witcher 2, some familiar characters return, including Triss Merigold, Dandelion, Zoltan and Vernon Roche. Geralt will once again be forced to choose sides and, depending on the alliances you make throughout the game, the storey will be very different.
